Parking downtown
If you choose to drive there are many parking options. Just give yourself a few extra minutes as availability changes.
On-street: two hour metered parking from 8:30 to 5:00, Monday to Friday, payable with the Hotspot parking app.
Parkades: Queen Parkade at 222 Queen Street, Pownal Parkade at 100 Pownal Street, and Fitzroy Parkade at 130 Fitzroy Street. Cash, debit and credit accepted.
Appointment notes
Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late we will do everything to help accommodate you, but we may have to reschedule your appointment to respect the next person.
We ask for a minimum of 24 hours to reschedule or cancel. If you have any special concerns or requests, let us know in advance so we can try to facilitate your needs.
